The kickboxing training is conducted by Kyoshi Matt who is an experienced kickboxer and qualified kickboxing trainer. The training caters for everyone from beginners looking for basic skill and fitness to anyone aspiring to compete in the kickboxing arena.
Kickboxing training is a fantastic way to define your physique by burning fat & increasing your fitness whilst learning practical self defence techniques.
